Risk Assessment


We offer trained engineers to attend your site to carry out a fire risk assessment, i.e. we will check to see if you have a fully comprehensive working system that will best protect your building and the lives of the people using your building.

The following key areas will be addressed:-

  • Potential for a fire to start and spread
  • Early detection
  • Staff training and responsibilities
  • Escape route awareness

This will result in a report that states what is on site and how much of it actually works and meets the required standards. We will also offer advice on what could be implemented into the system to make it better.

It is important to bear in mind that when the fire risk assessment has been completed it is the start of a ‘living’ process to deal with fire safety matters on a proactive day-to-day basis, constantly under review and updated.
