How Can We Help? Cityfire & Electrical Services ltd Fire Safety Solutions means that we can supply, install and service your fire alarm to meet current British Standards. We are a privately owned company and our aim is to provide you with one point of contact which larger corporate companies are unable to offer. We offer preventative maintenance packages tailored to specific customer requirements. We are also able to offer contracts for the maintenance of equipment provided by other equipment suppliers. With our dedicated team of trained service engineers, we can support fire alarm systems from any of the manufacturers listed in the 'Products' section of this site. Our engineers keep a wide selection of spares with them at all times, allowing us to respond to call outs with the knowledge that the vast majority of problems found on site will be rectified in a single visit. In addition to our standard maintenance phone service, which operates during normal working hours (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday), we also offer a 24 hour answering service. This is constantly monitored by our own in-house engineers, who are on call to respond to emergencies from customers with one of our maintenance contracts 24 hours a day. Advise on the correct fire alarm and/or automatic fire detection for your building for life safety, property protection, or your business continuity requirements Provide a quotation for any extension to the fire alarm system Supply & Install Cityfire & Electrical Services ltd offers full design and installation contracts, from the addition of a single smoke detector, to the installation of a multi-panel addressable fire alarm system. Systems are devised to suit individual client needs, where necessary complying fully with the local fire officer or other relevant regulatory authorities. British Standards provides recommendations for system designs based on various classifications to ensure that the appropriate system is installed within any specific building. Cityfire & Electrical Services ltd ensures that all systems designed by us meet the requirements of these standards. Where equipment has previously been installed, Cityfire & Electrical Services ltd can undertake an assessment to ensure compliance with the latest equipment and system standards. This will ensure that clients are meeting their legal and mandatory obligations. |
