What we collect and why
- Enquiry and quote forms: name, organisation, contact details, site postcode and your message, used to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. Retained for 24 months after the last contact.
- Job applications: name, contact details and the information you provide, used to assess your application. Retained for six months unless you are employed.
- Website analytics: anonymised or pseudonymised usage data to improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Client data in delivering contracts, governed by the contract and our data retention schedule.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that host our systems (within the United Kingdom), and with clients where you have contacted us about their building. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK.
Your rights
