Your building has changed.
Has your fire protection?
Fire alarms get serviced on time while the building around them quietly changes: a wall moves, a store becomes an office, more people arrive, someone needs help to get out. Answer one question and we will show you, on a picture of a building, what those changes are worth checking.

Why we built this
Serviced is not the same as suitable.
Most of the buildings we are called to after a problem had a maintenance contract. The system was working. It was just designed for a building that no longer existed.
It is a guide, not a verdict
No score, no traffic light, no “your building is safe”. You get a list of sensible questions to put to your fire risk assessor, or to us.
Referenced to current rules
Every check points back to the Fire Safety Order, the 2022 Regulations, the Building Safety Act or the relevant British Standard, including BS 5839-1:2025. The reference list is dated so you know when we last checked it.
