Frequently asked
Cat 6 or Cat 6A?
Cat 6A supports 10 Gigabit over the full 90 metre channel and is the sensible default for new installations, including for IP CCTV and access control. Cat 6 remains adequate for many office desk points. We will advise based on what the points will carry over the next ten years.
Do you certify the links?
Yes. Every link is tested with a certified field tester and you receive the results with the as-built schedule.
